Vijay’s new confusion

It’s a well-known fact that Vijay is close on the heels of completing his 52nd movie Velayudham which is directed by Jeyam Raja. Though it may take few more months for the actor to wrap up Shankar’s Nanban, he had already okayed Seeman’s script that is tentatively titled as Pagalavan with the plans of commencing the project later.
But the latest report is that director Perarasu, who had earlier churned out blockbuster movies like Thirupachi and Sivakasi, has approached Vijay. It is worth mentioning that both of them were supposed to work together again, but didn't happen due to the prior commitments of Vijay.
Closer sources reveal that Vijay is very much impressed with Perarasu's storyline and is keen on working with him again. However, the star seems to be confused over deciding his next project between Seeman and Perasu.

Vijay's pagalavan updates

There is a buzz doing its rounds in the Kollywood town that director Seeman will soon direct ‘Ilaya Thalapathi’ Vijay. The film will be titled ‘Pagalavan.’ Sources reveal that the storyline for this film was created almost a year back. But Seeman was jailed for his comments on the Srilankan Tamils following which the project was shelved.
But the director is out now and seems to be concentrating hard of assembling the star cast and the technical crew for ‘Pagalavan.’ Now it also seems that Bhavana will be acting opposite Vijay in this film. This is the first time Bhavana will be seen opposite Vijay. She has already worked with Seeman in ‘Vaazhthukal,’ so this will be the actress’ second project with the director.
Sources also reveal that ‘Pagalavan’ is a double heroine subject. The other heroine’s role is touted to go the Hansika Motwani, who will also be seen in ‘Velayudham’ with Vijay. ‘Ilaya Thalapathi,’ is at the moment busy with his final schedule of ‘Velayudham.’ He is simultaneously acting in Shankar’s ‘Nanban.’ The actor will join the ‘Pagalavan’ team once he completes these two films.

Vijay celebrate Raja's birthday.......

Today, the sets of Vijay’s forthcoming flick, ‘Velayudham’ saw its team geared up in perfect celebration mode.
While the team was gathered for a shoot at the industry’s dearest Binny mill at Meenambakkam, near the airport, director Jayam Raja received a pleasant surprise from his team.
The protagonist of the film, Vijay, brought a cake that bore the wordings, ‘settai sadhuvuku pirandha naal vazhthukal.’ Meaning, we wish a happy birthday to our ‘innocent’ prankster. Raja celebrated his birthday in the presence of Ilaya Thalapathi Vijay, cameraman Priyan and the crew of ‘Velayudham.’
We must remember that it was Ilaya Thalapathi who was behind the birthday surprises of other members of the film including Hansika, Saranya Mohan and cameraman Priyan.
While there are stars who throw tantrums at the sets, Vijay’s actions must be appreciated, as he is one of the top heroes in Kollywood today. Way to go Vijay! We wish Jayam Raja on his birthday and hope that the movie works wonders for him, adding yet another feather to his cap.
